Dana Keip was born and raised in Northern Virginia and then resided in New Jersey for a few years. In 2004, Dana and her family followed their hearts to Myrtle Beach where they had always vacationed and had family. She graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a bachelors in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine. Dana met her husband Joe in Myrtle Beach and together they have two beautiful daughters. The Keip's are members of Belin Memorial United Methodist Church where they are heavily involved in both local and international missions.
Dana has always enjoyed decorating and designing homes, and most importantly, following her heart to always make a house a home. She implements those same passions when assisting clients discover their dream home. Buying a house a few states away, virtually, during covid sounds stressful right??? Well yes it was but nothing compared to what is should of been. Dana went to the house when ever we needed to FaceTime us, put together a team that literally performed miracles and she probably stressed about things more then I did. She made sure every obstacle that got in the way was knocked down, she orchestrated every step of the process and worked with everyone involved to make sure every thing that could be done was done. Some aspects Dana had previous experience and knowledge, but others she did not. She listed our old house and had a cash offer over asking price half an hour after it went live on the internet. She took care of every detail as it came up and was totally professional about everything. Thie was the smoothest real estate transaction I have ever gone through.

As first time sellers, Dana really made the process as easy and painless as could be. Any questions we had (and we had a lot!), she was quick to answer. After we do some traveling, and the time comes to buy a house again, we know who we’ll be calling!

Dana Keip listed my house and sold it for more than I expected. She responded promptly when I reached out to her and went above and beyond the call of her duties when listing a property. Without her guidance and help there is no way I would have been able to handle this process. I would use Dana again and will refer her to friends.

Buying a house a few states away, virtually, during covid sounds stressful right??? Well yes it was but nothing compared to what is should of been. Dana went to the house when ever we needed to FaceTime us, put together a team that literally performed miracles and she probably stressed about things more then I did. She made sure every obstacle that got in the way was knocked down, she orchestrated every step of the process and worked with everyone involved to make sure every thing that could be done was done. Literally don’t know how we got her but thank god every night that we did. The constant communication was so helpful for a control freak that totally had no way of helping the situation. Anyone who is lucky enough to get her as a realtor know you are in the best hands. We are moving to our dream location and that’s thanks to Dana.

Dana Keip was the most tenacious, absolutely awesome , over delivering realtor I have ever met. My house would not of been obtained without her, period. She gave us an amazing mortgage company and lawyer who all together was called the dream team, because they all overachieved and got me something a lot of people failed at, our house in Myrtle Beach, for that I’m forever grateful, She is a rockstar and still has been helping us way after we closed which is amazing because we are from out of state, can’t say enough about her and how much we appreciate her, we were soooo lucky to get her, it was meant to be and we now think of her as our friend!
