A graduate of the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors Leadership program, Ruth has been involved in many charities, committees and task forces and takes pride in serving her industry and her community. As Vice President of Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage’s five South-Carolina offices, she manages staff and oversees company operations. Ruth assists agents in everything from transaction troubleshooting to growing their business and maintaining a healthy and abundant work-life balance. When not working, Ruth enjoys vacationing, the outdoors and spending time with family.

Even though I have a personal connection with Ruth, she really went above and beyond to help me find the property I was searching for and I could see that does the same for everyone. I was from out of town, USAA had sent me to her as a referral, she met all the USAA stringent guidelines, as a result, my wife and I have the house we want, where we want it, and at the price that was fair. Ruth helped us to understand the factors affecting the price for the condominium that we were selling and to set a price that would sell in a reasonable amount of time. She suggested that we get a pre-sell appraisal that confirmed the value of the property and would give potential buyers some valuable data. Our condo sold in half the current time for units in our town and at a fair price. I would definitely use Ruth again.

I met Sitell several years ago when my friend was looking for a home in SC. When I decided to move down here I tried to find a rental while still in NY. Since I was unfamiliar with the Myrtle Beach area, I contacted Sitell who graciously offered to check out several places for me. After being here for almost a year I decided to put down roots. I contacted Sitell again. I had done a great deal of investigation and came with a list of quite a few properties. I was very impressed with Sitell. She was always professional, knowledgeable and responsive. After several weeks, I decided on a home in Murrells Inlet. Sitell negotiated a great price for me and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. She's a terrific agent and I would definitely recommend her.

I had been working with Sitell for several years, before finding my forever home. She was very patient and willing to search out the right properties for me to view. I initially thought I would buy land and changed my mind, knowing what headaches could come with building a new home. We were making a permanent move from Indiana to SC. A friend and realtor in Indiana referred us to Ruth. She worked very hard to find us the perfect home and she did. When we drove up my husband said perfect. When we walked inside we both said perfect. She worked hard in our time frame to get us the deal and the home we wanted. We went back to Indiana and she kept us informed of everything that was happening. She was by our side all the way.
