Your doing great, we have worked with Amy Randall for over a year, we are from out of state. She was patient, sent us all available properties that were within our specifications. Kept in contact with us, put us under no pressure. When purchasing a home the final decision is the home buyers, she showed us the houses we wanted to see and worked around our schedule as we were 3 hours away. We had been in a flood zone before so it was very important that she show me flood zones around each property and she did. Amy is absolutely the best Real Estate Agent I have ever had. HANDS DOWN! Knowledgeable, Upbeat, absolutely dedicated, professional as well as being a mentor through the process. Honestly I can't say enough good things! Her advice and coaching, especially on asking price CERTAINLY sold our property within a month of listing it. Her steady and calm manner, along with rock solid knowledge of the area and the market, allowed us to make decisions rationally and much more easily than the guesswork that is usually present with most agents I've had around the country. She KNOWS what is necessary to buy and sell a property quickly and at the most profit. I can't say enough good things. Don't let that soft southern drawl and manner fool you, she can be tough as nails and isn't afraid to go straight to the mat for a client.
