A Grand Strand native, KJ Jordan comes from 3 generations of real estate agents. After he graduated from Socastee High School, he played college baseball for Charleston Southern University. Since then KJ has established himself as a grounded and determined REALTOR® who strives to not only be there every step of the process, but genuinely get to know his clients and create meaningful relationships. Respected by the community and his peers, he has won multiple awards in real estate and helped countless clients achieve their goals. In his spare time KJ is out coaching his son's traveling baseball team or catching an occasional game of golf. A strong believer in family values, KJ plays an active role in raising his two kids in the community he was brought up in and knows better than most how to make a house a home.

He met with us at our home and we talked about selling and prices. We were surprised at the price he suggested. He listed our property on a Monday, we had an offer by the end of the week.
