Allow me to introduce myself. I am Michael B. Rabon, a licensed Real Estate Broker and REALTOR with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage in South Carolina. As a native of Horry County, I have a deep love for showcasing the charm of Myrtle Beach, the Grand Strand, and the surrounding areas. Born just over the county line in Marion, SC, and raised in Horry County, I am one of the few REALTORS who has lived locally their entire life. My deep-rooted connection to this area means that when you work with me, you benefit from insider knowledge and a passion for this community that's hard to match.
Throughout my career, I have committed myself to becoming a top producer and investing in ongoing education to stay ahead in the ever-changing real estate industry. I hold several designations, including Sellers Representative Specialist, Pricing Strategy Advisor, and most recently, Accredited Buyer's Representative. With nearly two decades in the real estate industry, I’ve successfully assisted clients in close to 500 transactions. I take great pride in building strong relationships and working tirelessly on behalf of my clients to help them achieve their real estate goals.
When I'm not assisting clients, I enjoy exploring the many attractions of the area, such as the beaches at Huntington State Park and along the Golden Mile, as known to the locals. My love of history often draws me to antique and thrift shops, where I enjoy discovering hidden treasures. After a day of exploring, I love finding new places to eat. Some of my local favorites include Flamingo Grill, Joe’s Bar & Grill, and The Sea Captain’s House, with its stunning ocean views.

We started our search for a home with Michael in 2018, after staying in a condo for 5 years. He was very patient and listened to what we wanted, the first home fell through. But after a few months Michael reached out to us with another property, that was better suited for our needs. After a short time , we were able to purchase this home, and are happier than we can be.
