Originally from New Jersey, Ryan was raised in Cape May. He moved to Myrtle Beach in January of 2007. Living in Carolina Forest, Ryan was exposed to the rapid expansion of real estate and became very knowledgeable of the elaborate market.
Ryan started Real Estate in September of 2015 and moved to Coldwell Banker in February of 2022. He wanted a profession that impacted people's lives in a positive way. With several of his family members involved in the industry, Ryan knew this was the career he was meant for.
Ryan manages his business through honesty, loyalty, openness, positivity, and aggressiveness. With a strong staff behind him, the potentially stressful process of buying or selling a home is nearly effortless. He specializes in residential homes, lots, and condominiums. Ryan Fletcher, was not our 1st choice, by that we mean the the original Coldwell Banker associate had a family emergency the day we travelled from Knoxville Tennessee to the Myrtle Beach Area. Did I mention it was Christmas Weekend? Ryan made the transition seamless and was a true professional in every sense of the word. Holly and I felt very comfortable with him and found our home that first day working with him, as I mentioned we were not local and despite this and the fact we continued to live in Knoxville, Ryan was our proxy and advocate. This included handling our final walkthrough in our stead. I would not hesitate to recommend Ryan and will do so as I actively recruit friends and family to the Myrtle area!!

Being that we were in California we weren’t able to be there for things like the walk thru, inspections, carpet cleaning, house cleaning, etc. and they made sure to send us videos, Facetime,and coordinate things for us that we couldn’t.
