About this property

Located in the heart of Forest City across the street from the multi million dollar Pavilion. Once upon a time this was a Bakery and the old Pepsi Warehouse. The most recent use would be Harrill Design Company. Harrill design company was a warehouse for Christmas Decorations that were sold to Malls across the entire United States. The walls of the building are still left standing but the roof has caved in. If you should decide to tear the building down and or restore, the possibilities and proximity to the Pavilion make it the perfect location.
