I would recommend Rene Fletcher to anyone trying to buy a house. She was extremely helpful; even making time over July 4th weekend to show us houses because it was the only time we could be in town. She expertly navigated the negotiation process and helped us get under contract on the home we wanted. Then during the mortgage approval process she was extremely helpful with what was a horrible experience with our bank. She helped us through road block after road block put up by our bank by expertly coordinating between a difficult seller, a property management company, appraisers and inspectors, and our bank. I would have given up on getting the house if Rene hadn't been so wonderful. Thank you Rene!
