Originally from New York, I graduated from Cornwall Central High School and continued on to Cazenovia College earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. I have been vacationing in North Myrtle Beach for many years. The Grand Strand has always felt like home to me, so when it was time to plan my wedding, Myrtle Beach was my destination. Now I call the beach home all year round. I have many years of experience in customer service and banking. When we decided to move to South Carolina we were blessed to have our Emily Lulves and her assistant Jana Muffly. We were their very first couple to purchase a home with them as a team. The two of them were heaven sent to us. They took care of us from day one and made our move awesome. Two years later we wanted to move again and due to them being still in touch with us periodically with their kind hearts. I knew to call Emily for our big move to Oklahoma. As a first time home buyer in a tricky market, I was quite anxious (and perhaps skeptical) when starting my home buying journey alone. Countless hours spent scouring real estate apps for my dream home. Exhausted from searching (and watching interest rates increase each day), I shifted to the lending piece. Started with a mega online lending company… and since I had no Agent, they matched me with an expert in my area. That’s where Emily comes in… my super hero 🤩 after our 1st consultation, I felt she listened intently to my needs and wants. Most important, I knew she wanted to help me find my dream home. I decided to take my lending elsewhere and Emily made that a breeze. We also worked with Jana (Emily’s partner) and she was a joy to work with… really, we were kinda all over the place with our requirements, changing our minds & priorities as we looked at each property.
